Dorner database on an external computer
This solution provides the transfer of the master data management, planning, loggings, batch protocol archiving, delivery note printing, post-editing of delivery note, etc. to a computer. This extends the life of your PDS 8 / PDS 80 control system, which has been well proven for many years. Other control models may also be upgraded with this database system. By using the Dorner database your system becomes networkable and can be integrated in complex networks.

Functions
The master data administration (entering and changing customers, construction sites, mixes, price surcharges, vehicles, zones, ....) is carried out on the factory computer (MS-SQL database).

Systems data (discharge times, switch-off values, silo levels) are maintained by the control system as before. Dispatches are entered on the factory computer. With each vehicle assignment, a loading order is passed to the control.

The order management and the printing of the delivery note is carried out on the database computer. The batch protocols from the existing control will be transferred, saved on the database computer, and can be archived on a CD for example, if required. Sophisticated statistics can be printed on the laser printer connected to the database computer.
