Pre-Mixed Plaster and Dry Mortar Production

We offer an overall solution for dry mortar plants that can be networked from the order entry, through production, to billing.

Production planning analyzes the entered orders according to different criteria such as production time, particle size and color. An optimized production sequence is generated and the orders are passed on to production.

The process control monitors the entire process

• Continuously controlled dosage devices with dynamic dosage switch-off
• Volumetric dosage of light materials
• Processing of manual addition terminals
• Mixer control with complete draining
• Processing of samplers
• Transport of finished material to loose material silos, truck loading or bag-filling machine
• Failure information system with failure location statistics
• Archiving and evaluation of all production data

Binder injection and sand processing are integrated into the visualization and process control of the Dorner control.

Settings for bag-filling machines, palletizers and back labeling systems are stored with reference to the mix. Optimized for the production sequence, the data required is transmitted to the corresponding machines via interfaces.

The silo management program provides an overview of the silos on the construction sites and at the plant. Vehicle weighbridges for truck loading are directly integrated into the system. Material sales and re-weighing of finished material silos are carried out using scales licensed by the Board of Weights and Measures. All production data is automatically transferred to data processing for billing.
