Unattended mixing system control

Concrete request by the truck driver, which has been the standard in precast concrete plants for a long time, due to the balanced process logistics and the use of modern identification systems (card readers, transponders) by Dorner Electronic, is now also possible for the production of ready-mixed concrete.

Consistence control

The use of microwave sensors and powerful software allows achievement of a constant consistence, ensuring consistent quality for sophisticated precast concrete parts.

Concrete distribution systems

DornerControl controls the monorail bucket transport systems and other concrete distribution systems. The control logistics optimize the process between mixing system and concrete distribution. This results in improved overall system utilization and efficiency.

Concrete request and service

External processing points determine the current demand for concrete production. With stationary and mobile control stations, DornerControl allows for direct concrete request from the manufacturing site. The continuous presence of a mixing master is not required. The plant personnel are informed via telephone (SMS). Interaction is possible at any time by mobile phone, web pad and other mobile terminal devices. Production performance can be monitored using an automatically generated process time diagram. Failure message programs support the analysis of the weakest points.

Database applications

The SQL database manages raw material data, mixes, and customer and construction site addresses. Expressive protocols and statistics are generated and delivery notes in accordance with EN206 and the national standard are printed. Open interfaces allow the user to export data in order to generate additional lists and reports. DornerControl allows for the easy integration of DornerPlanning, DornerBilling and DornerLaboratory.

At a very early stage, Dorner Electronic has taken care of the effects of the European standard on the different products. Solutions have been developed by a circle of experts in standards and practice. The requirements of this standard with its corresponding national implementation documents have been integrated into the Dorner products. We are happy to pass on this information and experience as advice to our customers and interested parties.
