Data archiving
Batch protocols, delivery note data and changed
records are archived in the system. This allows for complete reconstruction
of data entries and data changes. Archived data are searched by
definable criteria, sorted, and displayed on screen or printed.
Process-time diagram
All production steps (start and end of admixing, draining of scales,
mixing process) are recorded continuously. Using this information,
the system generates a process-time diagram, which can be accessed
as an overall view or in detail for a freely selectable monitoring
period. The process-time diagram supports the optimization of the
system performance and makes the production sequences clear and
reproducible.
Service program
All production sequences and switching operations during operation
are recorded. You are informed about service work required in freely
selectable intervals. This prevents expensive and unexpected failures
of system components and secures the availability of the overall
system.
System logbook
Failure messages, dosage deviations and changes to the database
are completely recorded. A failure location statistic shows the
frequency of individual failures.
For further archiving, the data stored in the system is backed
up on appropriate media or stored on a central server. Continuous
data logging is a decisive factor in quality assurance.
