Service agreement
The scope of the service agreement includes the following
services by Dorner Electronic (with the PDS 320NT and PDSiT with
support of remote service):
- help with questions on system operation
- support for questions on system optimization
- help with problems occurring with the control
- support for problems and questions in the area of control peripherals
(scales, power unit, ....... )
- telephone support during scale calibration
- telephone advice and support during spare part replacement
Remote service
The fast and secure access on PCs, notebooks and server,
independent of the location, means a significant reduction in the
support costs and increases the user productivity. Our staff can
help immediately with questions without having to sit in front of
the computer in question - even over the internet.
There is a variety of uses for these possibilities– remote
control, administration, remote training, data update and software
update.
If required, our tight network of external bases for installation,
spare parts and service also guarantees fast on-site support.
