Dorner – at home on the construction sites of the world
Dorner Electronic is the market leader of control systems in Europe, offering the DornerBatch and DornerControl software for standardised and complex ready-mix concrete and precast plants.

Dorner Electronic has made a name for itself many times over throughout the course of the past years for its realisation of national and internationally-oriented projects.

Projects:

Hungary: SW Umwelttechnik, Stoiser & Wolschner AG, produces precast concrete components for the construction and expansion of infrastructure both in-ground and above. SW concrete pipes are manufactured using state-of-the-art production systems and the production is controlled by Dorner Electronic software.

Jeddah/United Arab Emirates: Conmix Saudi Arabia Ltd. Co., an Arabian enterprise in the area of ready-mix concrete, relies on the quality products of Dorner Electronic in the control of its production. With Dorner, the high requirements for high performance concrete can be optimally controlled.

Germany: To produce precast components, a new Liebherr plant controlled by two DornerControl softwares was built by Max Bögl at the locations Sengenthal and Bachhausen. The firm Max Böngl has implemented DornerControl for its plants with high requirements for concrete quality.

Railone, a company producing trackwork systems for passenger travel, goods and heavy-duty transport, from  sleepers for gravel railroads to customised solutions for solid roadways, uses DornerBatch to control the production of precast concrete components.

India: India is a huge growth market. In the last years, more than 1,000 new concrete plants have been constructed every year. Our partner in India builds about 50-70 concrete plants per year, and the tendency is in increase. All new plants constructed are equipped with DornerBatch.

Australia: Within the last 40 years, WA Limestone in Western Australia has become one of the largest providers of road construction materials and limestone in Australia. The new plant in Neerabup already operates with software from Dorner Electronic. Two additional plants in Byford and Bayswater will start up operations with DornerBatch at the beginning of 2018.

Mexico: In Mexico, one of the largest airports in the world is being constructed with six take-off and landing runways. For this construction, two DornerBatch solutions are being used and the third is currently being implemented.

Russia: Murexin GmbH in Russia controls the production of 220,000 tons of dry mortar with software from Dorner Electronic.

Laos: For the construction of the Nam-Theun power plant in Laos, four concrete plants deliver a production volume of 1,200 m³ per hour. Three plants control with DornerBatch, each with five aggregate weighers, four cement scales, three water scales, and four admixture scales. The fourth plant controls the necessary amounts of concrete exclusively for the implementation of construction infrastructure using DornerBatch. At the end of the construction period of 56 months, a total production of 4,000,000 m³ concrete is planned.
