Max Bögl replaced Dorner PDS 320 with next generation control system

The precast plant from Max Bögl in Sengenthal was controlled with an extremely reliable Dorner dosing system PDS 320 for almost two decades. During the Christmas holidays the system with 8 concrete order stations, integration of a bucket conveyer and a Dorner consistency control was replaced in a very tight schedule. The new Dorner control has been tailored to the needs of Bögl and went again in production as early as January 6. This Bögl plant produces segments for the Stuttgart 21 train tunnel project as well as various other special concrete parts.
