Thanks to the digital processing of delivery notes, all data is up-to-date and transparent, which significantly reduces sources of error and ambiguity. The time spent on post-processing delivery notes has been reduced by up to 50%. This allows employees to focus on the essentials.

At the same time, SSK-customers can order online, track orders and retrieve delivery notes via the company's own portal. This not only increases customer satisfaction, but also simplifies collaboration enormously. Calls, for example, have been reduced by 30-40% thanks to online ordering and fewer questions about orders or delivery routes.
